So I just wanted to share my experience. From the very beginning, they were not listening and were dismissive. I sent them a text explaining to go around to the back of the house where the garage was. They drove to the front Of the house, I came out to meet them to let them know that everything was in the back of the garage and they continued walking. I kept saying you need to drive around to the back and they just kept walking. Once they finally got to the back of the house, I showed them a chair and a table to the side and explained that needed to go. They got everything loaded and they did ask if that was everything and I did not think to go behind them to make sure that they picked up the table and chair that I told them about first. My mistake. So we leave and head to the apartment, but they forgot their ramps So they had to turn around and go get the ramps. I didn’t ask to be reimburse for the 15ish minutes they had to use while I’m paying them hourly. However, when I got back to the house and noticed that they had failed to take the table and chair, I wasn’t angry. I simply asked Carlos about it and he said that they could come pick it up and I would be charged for about 30 minutes. He basically stated that it was on me that the table and chair had not been taken the first time Even though it was the first thing, I told them that needed to go. Overall, they were pretty nice guys. And they were respectful of my property. The Whole wanting to charge me to take the two things they were supposed to have taken to begin with, left a bad taste in my mouth, especially when they spent a good 15 minutes of the time that I was paying them to go back and get the ramps they forgot.
UPDATE: Carlos reached out and agreed to have his crew pick up the table and they delivered it a couple of hours ago. 👍🏼

I would highly recommend this company! The owner was very helpful when I told him I may use a u-haul and do it myself. He told me what I would need. I decided against that as I appreciated this company’s customer service and following up. They very friendly and accommodating!

Moved a dozen times in life with professional movers through military, these guys actually were the best I ever used. Did everything I asked, nothing broke, ideas to pack and wrap things, when they stage everything and then move it all as a group, I moved more things with this company than I moved with another 1 year ago, same location-location, yet they did it faster and better
