I had a great experience with this moving company. The crew handled all my belongings with care and nothing was damaged during the move. They were professional, efficient and friendly. There was a billing mistake that I noticed the next day. I reached out to the person I had been corresponding with, and he rectified it and immediately issued the refund. Amazing crew and customer service. I Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers.

Be careful because $189 truck fees are added. Shows up two hours late and then charged me for a fourth man to make the process quicker. Tried to make it right by saying the owner would come and be the 5th guy, but still charged me for the 4th when they were late. The guys were nice but I don’t recommend.

Your original estimate included 3 movers for 3 hours at $230 per hour, plus a $189 truck and equipment fee, for an estimated total of approximately $879. The truck fee was part of the original estimate, not a charge added afterward. You specifically requested a late afternoon start after 5:00 PM, and our dispatch window for that time is between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM. We arrived around 7:15 PM, and your billable time began when the crew was ready to start. Because you were concerned about finishing before the storage facility closed, I recommended adding a fourth mover to complete the work faster. We discussed that on site, and you agreed before we proceeded. I also personally came to your move before the truck arrived. Another team member and I worked for over an hour without charging you while waiting for the truck, and I stayed until late that evening helping load your belongings at no additional cost. My time was never added to your invoice. When we reached the storage facility, we were unable to unload because the unit could not be accessed. At that point, we immediately stopped the clock and explained that the move would have to be completed the following day with an overnight fee because your belongings had to remain secured in our truck overnight. We also chose not to charge for several items that normally would have applied, including additional labor that evening, the drive back to our warehouse with your belongings, and a second truck and equipment fee for the following day. We absorbed those costs ourselves, even though keeping your belongings overnight required us to rent another truck so we could continue serving our other scheduled customers. Throughout the move, I kept you informed about the charges and did everything I could to complete your move as efficiently and fairly as possible. We understand that moving is stressful, and although we respect your opinion, we believe the final invoice accurately reflects the services provided and the original estimate.
