The packing and loading process went smoothly; however, the organization at the storage unit was disappointing. I provided clear instructions to separate furniture and boxes for easy access, but these were not followed. Items were mixed together in a single pile, leaving a significant portion of the unit unused. As a result, I now need to hire additional help to reorganize the space, which adds unnecessary cost and inconvenience. Overall, a good start to the move, but the final placement did not meet expectations.
